Pork Pack

The Pork Pack contains the following items:

4 x Individually Vacuum Sealed Frozen Pork Back Ribs  (605g each)

4 x Individually Vacuum Sealed Frozen Pork Tenderloins (525g each)

Back ribs are taken from the top of the rib cage between the spine and the spare ribs, below the loin muscle. They have meat between and on top of the bones and are shorter, curved and meatier than spare ribs. 

Pork tenderloin is a long, lean, boneless cut that comes from a little-used area along the backbone of the pig. As the name suggests, this cut is inherently tender. Thanks to its petite size, pork tenderloin is easy to flavour and cook, making it a favourite for weeknight dinners.

Sunterra Meats produces the best pork in Alberta! All of their pork is raised on their own Sunterra Farms  and cut by hand at their own federally inspected facility.
